How do I add funds to my wallet?
Go to My Wallet to view your balance and transaction history. Wallet deposits will be processed securely via Stripe.
How do I become a contributor?
Visit the Submit a Tutorial page and fill out the application form with your credentials and a tutorial proposal. Our team reviews every application — once approved, you'll get full access to the contributor editor.
How do payouts work?
Contributors earn 85% of each tutorial sale. You can request a payout from the Earnings page once your balance reaches $5.00. Payouts are processed securely via Stripe Connect.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Use the form above and select "Bug Report" as the category. Include as much detail as possible — what happened, what you expected, and any error messages you saw.
Can I get a refund?
If you have an issue with a purchase, submit a support ticket with the "Payment Issue" category and we'll look into it.
